Morris Garages EV offering Clinches Coveted Thailand EV of the Year 2023 Award while Emerges at the Top among Battery Electric Vehicles Meeting Thai Consumers Needs
Bangkok, November 23, 2023 – SAIC Motor – CP Co., Ltd. and MG Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., announced its success when the MG4 ELECTRIC became the pioneering battery electric vehicle to win Thailand's 2023 EV of the Year award, an honor organized by the Thai Automotive Journalists Association (TAJA). This recognition was based on the votes of seasoned automotive journalists, and MG's electric hatchback furthermore received the most votes among local car buyers naming it their preferred EV meeting consumer needs from the BUSINESS+ Product of the Year Awards 2023. This reflects the achievement behind Morris Garages' creation of cars capable of help elevate the Thai automotive industry towards a greener, more customer-centric tomorrow.
